  • Manufacturing systems development, supervised the development and coordination of plans for system (information, controls) development and launch for a new $1 billion fabrication and assembly plant; for Saturn Corporation.

  • Airbase construction, supervised construction planning of a $1.5 billion foreign airbase (strategic, tactical buildings; infrastructure; runways) funded by the US government; for Negev Airbase Constructors.

  • Subway construction, integrated structural and finish contract schedules for the construction of the $5 billion subway system; for the Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority.

  • Power plant modification, supervised planning for multiple simultaneous plant engineering projects on coal-fired and nuclear power generation facilities; for Detroit Edison. 

  • Project planning, developed and delivered custom training to technical staffs and managers; for Saturn, EDS, Ford, General Motors, CalsonicKansei, Integrated Management Systems, Inc. (services), Comshare (IT), and Bechtel Power.

  • Product planning, developed and delivered custom training to engineering staffs on product requirements and testing management; for Ford Motor Company and International.

  • Management planning, developed and delivered custom training to executives and directors on project management processes and strategies; for Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, The Cross Company (machine tooling), American Sunroof Corporation (various systems), and Integrated Management Systems, Inc..

  • Cost and contract management, developed and delivered training to project managers to prepare them for the Project Management Professional exam; for International Institute for Learning.
